Oversee and manage the total TT (Traditional Trade), MT (Modern Trade), and Pet sales operations, ensuring the achievement of business objectives and growth targets.
Collaborate with the Sales Strategy Support Team to manage sales forecasts, analyze market trends, and coordinate logistics to ensure seamless product availability and distribution.
Work closely with the Trade Marketing Team to develop and execute sales and marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and trade programs that drive brand visibility and sales performance.
Assist the General Manager in formulating and implementing strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Design and implement sales promotions and campaigns aligned with the overall Sales & Marketing plan to enhance customer engagement and boost revenue.
Develop budget forecasts and gross profit projections by leveraging market insights, competitor analysis, and historical sales data.
Conduct regular monthly sales performance reviews, providing detailed analysis and actionable insights to improve sales effectiveness and overall business growth.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of sales management experience in the FMCG industry, with exposure to the CLMV market being a strong advantage.
Proficiency in English or Vietnamese, especially in verbal communication, is highly preferred.
A results-oriented mindset, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to drive business strategies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, coupled with a high level of responsibility, adaptability, and self-motivation.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing market conditions and business challenges.
Willingness to be based overseas and travel as required for business purposes.
