Job Description

  • Oversee and manage the total TT (Traditional Trade), MT (Modern Trade), and Pet sales operations, ensuring the achievement of business objectives and growth targets.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Strategy Support Team to manage sales forecasts, analyze market trends, and coordinate logistics to ensure seamless product availability and distribution.
  • Work closely with the Trade Marketing Team to develop and execute sales and marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and trade programs that drive brand visibility and sales performance.
  • Assist the General Manager in formulating and implementing strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Design and implement sales promotions and campaigns aligned with the overall Sales & Marketing plan to enhance customer engagement and boost revenue.
  • Develop budget forecasts and gross profit projections by leveraging market insights, competitor analysis, and historical sales data.
  • Conduct regular monthly sales performance reviews, providing detailed analysis and actionable insights to improve sales effectiveness and overall business growth.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of sales management experience in the FMCG industry, with exposure to the CLMV market being a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in English or Vietnamese, especially in verbal communication, is highly preferred.
  • A results-oriented mindset, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to drive business strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, coupled with a high level of responsibility, adaptability, and self-motivation.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing market conditions and business challenges.
  • Willingness to be based overseas and travel as required for business purposes.
